Spring Hollow Acres is a family-owned and operated aviary specializing in a diverse selection of hatching eggs from rare and exotic fowl worldwide. Our extensive collection includes grouse, turkey, peafowl, guineafowl, poultry, quail, partridge, waterfowl, and pheasants.
With locations and trusted partners across the United States—including Maine, Michigan, and our primary facility in Utah—we are dedicated to the preservation and propagation of these extraordinary birds. Our mission is to share the beauty and diversity of these species with enthusiasts and breeders alike, ensuring their continued appreciation for generations to come.
Our Journey
Spring Hollow Acres started with a simple love for chickens. For over 30 years, we've raised and worked with poultry, expanding into rare and hard-to-find breeds along the way.
